Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package details, and selected service.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking (when available). You can also track orders through your account if logged in.

2) Packed & shipped
We generate a label and prepare your package.
3) Tracking update
Tracking arrives as soon as the carrier scans it.

Delivery timelines

Delivery estimates depend on carrier and location and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and seasonal volume can impact timing.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Delayed or missing packages

If tracking looks stuck or a package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Trust tip:
Carrier tracking sometimes updates after the first scan. If you don’t see movement right away, give it 24–48 hours — then reach out if needed.
