Orders

How do I know my order went through?
You’ll see an order confirmation on-screen after checkout and you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see an email within a few minutes:
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly
  • Contact us with your name + approximate order time
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help. Contact us ASAP with your order number. Once an order ships, we can’t change it — but we can still help with returns if needed.
Why is the price different at checkout?
Final totals may include shipping and applicable taxes based on your shipping address. If an item has a sale price, it will display as “Sale” and the discount should reflect in the line item. If something looks wrong, contact us before completing checkout.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and carrier. During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays. See full details on our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Some services support PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, and some don’t. If checkout accepts your address, it means we can ship there with an available service. If you run into issues, contact us.
Where is my tracking number?
When your order ships, tracking is sent via email (when available). Some carriers take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. If you don’t see movement after that, contact us and we’ll help.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return window?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll reply with next steps. For fastest help, include a short reason and photos if something is damaged.
When will I get my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank.

Payments

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted, and payments are processed through trusted providers (including PayPal). We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes — PayPal is available at checkout when enabled for your cart/order. It’s a fast and secure way to pay.

Account

Do I need an account to order?
Not always — but having an account can make it easier to track orders and check out faster next time. (Depending on how your store settings are configured.)
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page (if enabled). If you can’t access your account, contact us and we’ll help you regain access securely.

Security & Trust

Will you ever ask for my password or payment details by email?
No. We will never ask for your password, full card number, or verification codes by email/text. If you receive a suspicious message, don’t click links — contact us directly.
