Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless a product page states otherwise.

Return eligibility

  • Items should be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging should be intact where applicable.
  • Order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If so, it will be noted on the product page.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and a photo. We’ll prioritize a fast resolution.

How to start a return

  • Go to the Contact page and send your order number.
  • Tell us which item(s) you want to return and why.
  • We’ll reply with next steps (and return instructions if eligible).
Trust note:
We’ll never ask you to return items to a random address via DM or social media. Return instructions only come from our official support channel.
